What is your service area?

Our concentration is in the DMV are but also provide service in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California (mostly LA and San Francisco).

What are your business hours?

We provide service 24 hours a day/7 days a week.

What vehicles are available?

We have a large selection depending on your needs. We can provide a mini van, sedan, SUV, sprinter, or a bus and for more luxury we offer Mercedes, Rolls Royce, or Limos and party buses.

Do you offer meet and greet?

We offer meet and greet at the airport along with the curbside pick ups. Also, for large group events, we can provide service at venues. There is an additional charge for the meet and greet service.

Do you allow smoking in your vehicles?

Smoking is not allowed in any of our vehicles. Our team will work with you to accommodate.

Do you allow pets in your cars?

We allow small pets that can be carried in a bag or assistive animals.
There will be an additional charge for the pet.

Do you offer child safety seats?

We can provide child safety seats as needed, there is an additional charge for the seats.

What happens if my flight is late or arriving early?

Once you have provided us with your flight information, our team will track the flight and adjust accordingly. Our team will wait at the airport or other locations as needed. We will address each situation accordingly.

How much in advance do I need to make the reservation?

We prefer at least 24 hours prior for transfers and small jobs. For events like weddings, parties, meetings we need 7 to 10 days as a matter of fact earlier the better.

Do you take any last minute reservations?

We might be able to accommodate you last minute but additional charges will apply.

What forms of payments do you take?

We take all major credit cards, Venmo, Apple Pay or cash app.

Do you require advance payment?

We only require partial advance payment for large events and credit card confirmations for other jobs.

What are your cancellation policies?

Cancellation policy will be subjective to the job on hand. For example, any transfer we will require 3 hours prior to pick up time and the jobs may require a day or week. We will be happy to discuss.
